About

Exmouth Film Festival (EFF) is a volunteer led not for profit film festival. This is its first year and to be honest its a toe in the water to see if this is something that the town wants and will support. It is being run with lots of goodness and support. Any profits made will go back into OSBD media charity as it supports young emerging film talent both here in Exmouth , Devon ,the South West and nationally.

The festival is very much for the community of Exmouth and surrounds.
EFF is working with both the local independent cinema as well as non-cinema spaces to show an eclectic mix of mainstream and independent, short, feature and experimental films.

At the heart of the festival is the commitment to both showcase and support emerging filmmaking talent.

OSBD media charity (www.osbd.org) is the founding partner of the festival, which is being run in collaboration with Scott Cinema, Exeter Phoenix, Ocean, The University of Exeter , Holy Trinity Church , The Deaf Academy and Exmouth Town Council.

The 2023 festival is now over, phew! We pulled it off and it seems it was great success. Lots of people came to screenings and events and were very complimentary about Exmouth having a film festival and how this first one was so good. Onwards to 2024.
